Well, this is going to be another new thing to start along with retired life. I am excited because this blog could be a great way to keep in touch with family and friends. I will probably attach too many pictures but you know what they say "a picture is worth a thousand words" and pictures of my family is worth a whole library.
I guess I should start at the beginning of our retirement which was a dinner our girls (Kim and Dawn) gave for us at the Blue Willow Inn. It was so great to get the family together and, also eat good food. After dinner Kim and Dawn gave us some very precious things, a card from Kim & Dawn that all parents would envy, a picture book of all the pictures taken at my retirement dinner at Maccroni Grill, and a Garmin GPS system. Wow!! What more could anyone ask for?? Below are a few pictures from that dinner.
