As most of you know our Condo is located in Ocala, Florida, in Marion County. Ocala/Marion County, according to the United States Department of Agriculture census, has more horses and ponies than any other county in the nation. As "The Horse Capital of the World", the are project of "Horse Fever" was perfect for Ocala. In September 2001, 52 live-size horses designed and decorated by local artists were displayed throughout Ocala. In March 2002, after being on display for six months the horses were sold at auction with the proceeds shared by the Marion Cultural Alliance and a local charity of the buyer's choice. Many of these horses are still displayed in Ocala by businesses or in the "town square". Below are some of the pictures I have taken. I hope you enjoy them.

I love them. Much prettier than the Cows and Turtles we had.
